Welcome to the Riverchase Singles Ministry! This program is designed to serve and encourage all singles; whether you've never been married, divorced, widowed, have kids or don't have kids, even if you just come to church solo.  We invite you to participate in our various programs including Sunday school classes, seminars and social events.

Our Sunday Morning ministry is constantly growing. We have several folks interested in starting a 30-something class. If you are interested in this new group or any other specialty not listed, please call the church office at 205-987-4030 or Patti at 205-397-3019.
 
 

Singles Impact Ministry

 
Our Singles Impact Ministry (SIM) began in the spring of 2011, with about 24 people attending. We now have over 200 on our e-mail list with over 70 participating each month. The first Thursday of the month we meet at Jefferson's Restaurant on Valleydale Road at 6:30pm. Every other Thursday night of the month, we meet at Riverchase UMC in the Riverchase Rooms for dinner at 6:30 PM and program beginning at 7:00 PM. Mark Wadley, from Live 4 Love in Birmingham, is our teacher/facilitator. There's no charge to attend, but donations for dinner are appreciated.

Social Events

 
Just Bowl with It!  
Join us every Monday night at 6:30 PM at Oak Mountain Lanes for a night of bowling fun! (If you can't bowl, come laugh with those of us who pretend we can!)
 
Movie & A Meal 
Each month we meet on a Saturday at Vestavia Rave or Patton Creek for a movie and an early dinner.
 
TGIF
Join us the third Friday night of every month for dinner and a time of fellowship.
 
Potluck
We meet the last Sunday of each month at noon in Riverchase Room A to celebrate birthdays for the current month.
